Dwight Ferguson Obituary
We announce the death of Dwight Ferguson (Rutherfordton, North Carolina), who passed away on August 16, 2026, at the age of 88. Dwight will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Zeb Laxton Jay Ferguson and Mary Ethel Haulk Ferguson; his wife Brenda Jane Dycus Ferguson; and his grandchild Chris Ferguson. He is survived by: his children, David Ferguson (Denise) and Melissa Williams (Galen); and his grandchildren, Anthony, Brannon, Brooklyn and Sara Williams. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
