Irene left this world on February 15, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonas Hodge and Mamie Gibbs Hodge of Polk County; her siblings, Shuford Hodge, Bill Hodge, Nancy Hodge Street and Annie Laura Greene; and her brother-in-law Ed Mossberg.
She is survived by: her son Dr. Michael Bridges of Philadelphia, PA; her granddaughter Maya Bridges of Boston, MA.; her brother Spencer Hodge (Wilda Jo); and her nieces, Betty Lattimore, Christine Crain and Nancy McPherson. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews and friends.
