She was predeceased by: her parents, James Spicer and Coralee Spicer; and her sister Elaine. She is survived by: her husband David Martin Hallock of Rutherfordton; her children, Joshua, Timothy Meadows and Ashley Ford; and her siblings, Candie, Jessie and Junior.
