He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Bailey and Lois Hines Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Judy Greene Bailey; and his sisters, Ann Snyder of Rutherfordton, NC, Mary Belle Hinson of Ellenboro, NC and Carolyn Souther of Ellenboro, NC. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
