He is survived by: his wife Beth Quinton Bailey; his children, Alexis Terry, Ethan Furr, Saylor Bailey and Steve Allen Bailey, III; his mother Rhonda Jean Upton Owens; and his sisters, Kimberly Chambers and Melinda Moore. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
