He was predeceased by: his parents, William James Spicer and Dorothy Blackwell Spicer; and his sister Ann Helton. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Renee Spicer Smith (Joseph Smith) and William Christopher Spicer (Tierra Natanya Spicer); his grandson Jaxon Thomas Spicer; and his sisters, Ruthie Spicer and Cathy Phillips.
