Doris Lee Hodge Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Lee Hodge of Spindale, North Carolina, who passed away on January 17, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sims and Edna Pack Sims; her daughter Carol Hodge; her grandsons, Michael Hopper and Colt Kurkendall; and her sisters, Ellen Sims Warren and Carolyn Sims Russell.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Miller (Tim), Dwight Hodge (Debbie), Tracy Hodge, Amy Jackson (Charlie), Angela McEntyre and Sidney Hodge. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, PO Box 336, Forest City, NC 28043.
