He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Flack and Frances Sorrell Flack; and his brother Woodrow Flack. He is survived by: his wife Regina Caldwell Flack; his daughters, Makenzie Flack (Dylan) of Yanceyville, NC, Ashleigh Flack of Hillsborough and Brittany Flack of Sumter, SC; his siblings, Elzha'Jay'Flack (Connie) of Allenhurst, GA, Roscoe Flack (Jeanette) of Hillsborough, Jimmy Flack (Kim) of Hillsborough, Norman Flack (Barbara) of Hillsborough, Edith Greene (Johnny) of Forest City and Geraldine Koone of Rutherfordton; and his grandsons, Jase Ennis and Jake Ennis.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Walker's Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Round Hill Baptist Church Cemetery (6611 Hudlow Rd, Union Mills, NC 28167).
