He is survived by: his children, William Swink Jr. (Billy), Katina Swink Locke and Chad Franks (Tracy); his sister Beverly Leddon; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Jennings (Kyle), Brett Franks (Misty), Emily Nevins (Christian), Maeghan Franks and Dalton Locke.
