With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David O. Moe of Devils Lake, North Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 12, 2025 at the age of 62. He was predeceased by: his niece Kristen Nicole Bye. He is survived by: his wife Carla Lang; his children, Ryan Lang of Devils Lake, Robert Moe of Devils Lake and Joanna Moe of Devils Lake; his grandchildren, Jayden, Zander, Morgan and Rylee; his siblings, Jim Moe (Sheryl), Dennis Moe of Grand Forks, ND and Patty Bye (Marvin); and his in-laws, David Lang (Marilyn) of Fargo, ND, Linda Risinger (Dale), Barb Lang and Nancy Hagen of Fargo, ND. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
