Donald L. Ivey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald L. Ivey of Devils Lake, North Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 18, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Grady and Elizabeth Ruth Ivey (Long); his siblings, Austin Ivey, Thomas Ivey and Brenda Morgan; his nephew David Ivey; and his in-laws, Frank and Eldora Armstrong.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angie (Terry Westphal) of Rugby, ND and Ashley (Ryan Leibfried) of Devils Lake; his grandchildren, Lauren, Adalyn Westphal, Caydence, Ava and Kian Leibfried; the mother of his children LaVonne Ivey; and his in-laws, Dianne Montonye (Ron) of Barton, ND, Rodney Armstrong (Karen) of Rolette, ND, Russell Armstrong (Mary) of Wheaton, MN and Roland Armstrong (Joni) of Bemidji, MN.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gilbertson Funeral Home (509 U. S. Rte 2, Devils Lake, ND 58301). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
