He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Grafsgaard and Betty Grafsgaard (Torkildson); and his grandparents, Albert, Julia Grafsgaard, Erwin and Mae Torkildson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gerald Grafsgaard (Audrey) of Bismarck, ND, John Grafsgaard of Devils Lake, Carol Reese (Steve Eckes) of Devils Lake, Gary Grafsgaard of Devils Lake, Charlotte Rardon (Richard) of Devils Lake and Mike Grafsgaard of Devils Lake; his uncle Jimmy (Althea); and his nieces and nephews, Vickie Cofer (Josh), Thomas Grafsgaard, Matthew Grafsgaard (Emily), Brian Grafsgaard (Michelle), Amanda Brown, Christopher Grafsgaard and Misty Dockter (Andy).
