He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Paulsen and Belle Paulsen (Tuntland). He is survived by: his children, Robin Troy Paulsen (Birmania) and Dawn L'Heureux of Devils Lake; his grandchildren, Seth, Skylan Belleau, Ashlin and Cohen L'Heureux; his siblings, Noel Paulsen and Ione Paulsen of Minneapolis, ND; and his sister-in-law Gloria Paulsen of Spokane, WA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
