He was predeceased by: his father Tom Maloney; his brother Jack Maloney; and his nephew Scott Maloney. He is survived by: his mother Karen Maloney (Forness); his daughter Ashley of Fargo, ND; his siblings, Matthew Maloney of Sheyenne, ND and Kristi Hoey (Devils Lake); his uncle Reverend Daniel Maloney of Bismarck, ND; his nieces and nephews, Dylan Bosak, Julian Hoey, Jade Hoey of Fargo, Ramsey Hoey and Parker Keller (Matt); and his aunt Lynda Syria (Jack) of Everett.
