It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas A. Culmer of Devils Lake, North Dakota, who passed away on February 1, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, A. E. Culmer and Evangeline Culmer. He is survived by: his wife Linda Skalsky; his children, Michael Culmer (Brian Chamides), Michelle Clouse (Phil) and Meridith Larson (Brad); his grandchildren, Joshua Clouse (Brandi), Brandon Clouse, Jacob Clouse, Maggi Moore (Chris), Tom Clouse and Vangie Larson; his great grandchildren, Aria, Linkin Clouse, Ferdy and Ozzie Moore; his sister Nancy Bohlman (Greg); and his friend Merritt Larson.
