He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lien; his children, Jamie, Kari Jo, Dion, Donny and Mike; his stepchildren, Ed, Keith, Shelly, Mary, Greg and Vern; and his grandchildren, Autumn, Alexis, Sabrina, Keenan, Branden, Easton and Faith. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews.
