We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2023, at the age of 82, Edward C. Herda of Grand Forks, North Dakota, born in Devils Lake, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Herda and Mildred A. Herda (Foss); his brother Joseph W. Herda; his stepson Norman Wesolowski; his brother-in-law Gary Boyles; his pet Sam; and his friend Oskar.
He is survived by: his former wife Susan O'Brien; his daughters, Shannon Teigen (Curt) and Autumn Graber (Kelly) of Bemidji, MN; his grandchildren, Shelby Teigen (Sam Hultberg) of Bemidji, Kaelyn Teigen (Zach Peterson) of Bemidji, Jackson Teigen of Bemidji, Aiden Graber of Bemidji and Zachary Graber of Bemidji; his sister Joelene M. Boyles (Herda); his stepchildren, Michele Ditondo and Nathan Wesolowski (Erin) of Angus, Minnesota; his sister-in-law Diane Herda (Allard); his cousin Al Herda; and his pet Yorkie Felix.
