He was predeceased by: his father Fred Schempp Sr.; his friend Rickie; his brother Freddie O. Schempp; and his stepfather James Beck. He is survived by: his mother Helen Schempp (Weil); and his siblings, Anna Fenner (Gary) of Starkweather, ND, Bobby Joe Schempp Sr. (Tammy) of Chaffee, ND and Jeffrey L. Schempp of St. Michael. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery.
