He is survived by: his wife Barbara June Scharf of Munich, ND; his children, Tammie Harder of Grand Forks, ND, Thomas Harder (Susan), Tracy Bittner (Lawrence) of Chesapeake, VA and Terrence Harder (Gail); his grandchildren, Jenna Curran (Tyler), Joclyn Hall (Justin), Brian Bittner (Kaylah), Megan Meador (Collin), Braden Harder, Logan Harder (Kate Woidtke), Casey Weston (Luke) and Coty Kraft (Michael); his siblings, Darol Harder (Gerry) of McVille, ND, Elsie Decker of Vancouver, WA, Dorothy Lampson of Alsen, ND, Elaine Stremick of Cando, ND and Carol Falde of Cando, ND; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Schaft of Oakland, OR, Jim and Ginger Burkey of Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
