He was predeceased by: his brother Justin Azure. He is survived by: his son Kallen; his parents, Kim Azure and Stewart Azure; his sisters, Kimberlin Azure and Mandy Tostenson (Josh); and his nieces and nephews, Jocelyn, Jayden, Jacob, Jayse and Liam.
