He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Armstrong and Mabel Armstrong (Foss); his sister Elaine; his brother-in-law Kenton Mongeon; and his parents-in-law, Eugene and Jeane Mongeon.
He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Mongeon of Devils Lake; his daughter April (Suffolk) of Bemidji, MN; his caregiver Tracy Casavant; his grandchildren, Jenay and Ephram Boucher of Bemidji; and his parents-in-law, Laurel, Wayne Terry of Battle Lake, MN, Wendel, Donna Mongeon of Fargo, ND, Gail, Chuck Tastad of Rolette, ND, Lisa, Jim Olson of Underwood, MN and Sandi Mongeon of Rugby, ND.
Memorials may be directed to Sacred Heart Catholic Church or Valle Lutheran Church both in Rolette ND.
