She was loved and cherished by many people including : her children, Wichapi, Anita, Astel, Justin and Patrick; her grandchildren, Xavier, Raphael, Benjamin, Annalissa, Taylor, Isabel and Benjamin Jr.; her niece Millie McKay; her nephew John Sherman; her sons, Joseph Cavanaugh and Rodney Cavanaugh (Benjamin Cavanaugh); and her parents, Tasunka Nupa (John Sherman) and Emma Goodbear-Sherman. She was also cherished by great grandchildren.
