He is survived by: his wife Jan; his daughters, Christy Boggs, Carrie Knoetzel, Colinda Nappa (Carmine) and Candy Barnes (Joe); and his siblings, Dee Van Poollen and Steve Clark. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
