He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Fine and Elsie Fine; his wife Vicky Fine; and his brother Jack Fine. He is survived by: his children, Brent Fine (Bethaney) of Ogallala, Jeff Fine of Enders and Sheri Bokich (Iverson) of Twin Falls, ID; his sisters, Jane Markley of Winchester, KS and Jeannie Nehrbass of Lawrence, KS; and his grandchildren, Alec Barbee of Ogallala, Ciera Andre (Derek) of North Platte, Dakota Fine of Gering, Kabriel Fine of Ogallala, Austin Bokich and Gavin Bokich of Twin Falls, ID. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
