He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Dinnel and Lorena Dinnel (Browning); his wife Lucille Dinnel; his daughter Lanette Smith; his son-in-law Steve Broughton; his brother Basil Dinnel (Helen); his siblings-in-law, Lois Dow (Kenneth), Marie Mader (George), Pauline Johnson (Quentin), Lee Ridlen (Leola), Paul Ridlen (Delores), Carl Ridlen (Virginia), Ray Ridlen (Thelma), Roy Ridlen and Robert Ridlen (Deanna); and his parents-in-law, Pearl and Ethel Ridlen (Roll).
He is survived by: his daughters, Colleen Mullanix (Dave) of Lamar, NE., Ardith Niemann (Russ) of Ellington, CT. and Brenda Broughton of Beatrice, NE.; his son-in-law Clyde Smith of Billings, MT.; his grandchildren, Stephanie Stevens, Jackie Mullanix, Dorinda Gunderson (Mike), Kevin Smith, Shane Smith, Denise Williams, Matt Kadow (Jeanette), Janel Laudano (Sal), Drew Kadow (Lyndsay), Jeff Broughton (Danielle), Justin Broughton (Lindsay) and Garrett Broughton (Laura); and his great grandchildren, Logan, Macey, Parker Stevens, Olivia, Grace Gunderson, Teague, Brock Smith, Megan, Allie Williams, Cannon, Crew Kadow, Hadley, Aubrey, Jacob Laudano, Zack Kadow, Jayce Broughton, Dylan, Ryker Broughton, Claire, Riley Broughton, Brielle and Deklan Dubord.
