He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; his daughter LeAnn Haarberg; his parents, Dick Haarberg and Lena Haarberg; his parents-in-law, Clyde and Letha Murray; his sisters, Mildred Roschewski (Eldon) and Eileen Martel; his brother-in-law Rusty; his father-in-law Louis Clay; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Murray, Jerry Murray, Gary Murray (Tom) and Phyllis Tuttle.

He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Ronald Murray and Kathy Lestrange. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
