She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Michelle Cleaves and Bernard Jacobs; and her siblings, Bernard Jacobs, Jr. of Brattleboro, Christian Martinez of Boston, Taisha Martinez of Boston, Juanita Martinez of Boston, Ricky Martinez of Lexington, Symphonie Martinez of Lexington and Courtney Jacobs of Brattleboro. She was also cherished by several aunts, uncles and cousins and many nieces and nephews as well as a large host of friends.
