He is survived by : his significant other Carol; his children, Vickie Folau (Vaikingi "King"), Melissa Bloomfield, Michael Bloomfield (Trista) and Heath Bloomfield (Selina); his grandchildren, Carolisa, Lane, Kaelyn, Coleton, Rudy, Zerin, Anika, Asi, Cash, Sara, Milo, Hope and Elsie; and his siblings, Sue Castillo (Charley), Russell Bloomfield (Marcia), Rachel Elliott (Randy), Richard Bloomfield (Robin), Curtis Bloomfield (Wendy), Charley Bloomfield (Melanie), Atella Scott (Mark), Carl Bloomfield (Kristen), Jim Bloomfield (Chauntelle) and Leonard Chavez (Diedre).
