With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Loyd Allen Lambert of Quemado, New Mexico, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Loyd Allen left this world on May 25, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Elbert Lambert and Anna Fae Haywood; his wife Wilma Jean Beadles Lambert; his daughters, Kelly Lambert and Rhonda Lambert; his brother Carlton Lambert; and his brothers-in-law, Greg McDonald, Mickey Beadles and Billy Beadles.
He is survived by: his daughter Carla Kalberg (Dale); his grandsons, Casey Kalberg and Craig Kalbert; his great grandchildren, Caston of Quemado, Blake of Quemado, Cambrie of Quemado and Aurora of Quemado; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Lambert, Tammy McDonald, Teena Beadles, Jessie Beadles, Jaynel Calloway, Tommy Beadles and Teddy Beadles. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Windmill Cowboy Church of Pie Town (5621 US-60, Pie Town, NM 87827).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Quemado Memorial Scholarship Fund, supporting the future of a community Loyd cared deeply about.
