He is survived by: his children, Kathy Jo Cowley (Johnnie) and Chris Averett of Washington, Utah; his sister Marian Miller of Henderson, Nevada.; and his grandsons, Kasey Cowley (Brittney), Kaden Cowley (Kamille) and Shad Averett (Tyler).
