With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Dunlap Culberson of Las Vegas, Nevada, born in Ludlow, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 21, 2024 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Givens and Lola Mae Coleman; and her siblings, Samuel, Curtis and Ollie Burrough.

She is survived by : her husband Ralph E. Culberson; her children, Pamela Fitzgerald (Jerry), Reginald Dunlap (Venus) and Ricardo Dunlap; and her stepchildren, Earl Ellis of Montana, Ray Culberson (Linda) of Saucier, MS, Rudolph Culberson (Sylviar) of Gulfport, MS, Robert Culberson (Veronica) of Slidell, LA., Theresa Boykin of Gulfport, MS., Doris Culberson of Gulfport, MS., Carol Culberson of Gulfport, MS., Denisa Culberson-Curtis (Ralph) of Gulfport, MS. and Monica Lynn Johnson of Gulfport, MS.. She is also survived by Eight grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins; a long time friend for over 50 years.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Missionary Baptist Church (1100 E Pass Rd, Gulfport, MS 39507). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the Finley Cemetery (19424 MS-53, Gulfport, MS 39503).
