He was predeceased by : his parents, Stella Miskiewicz and Richard Wood; and his brother Richard Wood. He is survived by : his sons, James and Michael; his wife Mary Gay; his daughter Julie Harris (John); his grandchildren, Ally, Stephen, Andrew, Matthew of Louisville, KY and James Wood (Patricia); his children, JD, Christina, Samantha of Milwaukee, WI and Lori Cashman (Gillis); his grandchildren, AJ, Brooke, Colin, Tucker of Hingham, MA and Michael Wood (Katharine McJimsey); his daughters, Georgia and Naomi of Chicago, IL; his siblings, Beverly Squadere (James) of Albany and John Wood (Suzan) of Greenville, SC; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Wood, Ben Norris (Mary), Judy Polley (David), John Norris (Jane) and Lisa Gaglioti (Joseph). He is also survived by numerous cousins, along with 16 nieces and nephews.
