He was predeceased by: his parents, Vito Stellato and Anna Scaringe Stellato. He is survived by: his wife Judy Stellato; his children, Kathleen Stellato (Paolo) and Tony Stellato Jr. (Jerilyn); his grandchildren, Lynda Constantine (David), Alex Harrouff (Jeff) and Casey Miller (Scott); and his great grandchildren, Niko, Colt, Gray, Gage, Henry and Josie.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McVeigh Funeral Home, Inc. (208 N Allen St, Albany, NY 12206). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Our Light Catholic Church (1 Maria Dr, Albany, NY 12211).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Lymphoma Research Foundation or the American Heart Association in Tony's memory.
