He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph James and Catherine Villano (Sottosanti); and his aunt Marie VanVranken. He is survived by: his godson Lealon Lane; his son Joseph John (Erica); his granddaughter Kaitlyn Villano; his wife Lynda (Blumhagen); his grandson Anthony John; his brother Eugene (Deborah); and his cousins, Jeannette of Rotterdam and Travis Lane (Mindy) of Rotterdam.
