He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Fazzone and Emmanula Fazzone (Emma); his sisters, Emma Koss and Evelyn Fazzone; and his granddaughter Janette Fazzone.
He is survived by: his wife Marion (Covey); his sons, Jeffrey and Brian Fazzone of Dover, PA; his children-in-law, Lynn (Mahoney) and Sachie (Hamada); his sister Concetta DeLisa (Connie) of Bath, N. Y.; and his grandchildren, James, Michael Fazzone of Ashville, NC and Angela Fazzone. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
