He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mildred M. Rosenberger and John F. Rafferty Sr. Arthur; his siblings, John F. Rafferty Jr. of Albany, NY and Anne Hynes (Peter); and his sister-in-law Donna. He was also cherished by niece and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Kitten Angels, 233 Houseman St, Mayfield, NY 12117 in Arthur's memory.
