She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Marx and Lucy Izzo Marx. She is survived by: her siblings, James R. Marx Sr., Mary Ann Flouton (Brian), Harry "Butch" Marx Jr. (Ginny), Phillip "Skip" Marx, Edie Kietlinski (Richard) and Nancy Rorick. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as many loving relatives and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Hospice Inn at St. Peter's, 310 South Manning Blvd. Albany, NY 12208.
