She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Beaulac and Helen Mason Beaulac; her husband Edward R. Ormsby; and her brothers, Frank and Gerald Beaulac.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Whitney of Cohoes, Cheryl Monell (Andrew) of Kinderhook and Edward J. Ormsby (Cassie) of Waterford; her brother Douglas Beaulac (late Betty) of Ballston Lake; her grandchildren, Graig Whitney (Johanna), Laura Whitney (Chad Marshall), Cyrus, Henry, Helen, Tessa and Harper Whitney; and her nephew Jeremy Beaulac (Jody). She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
