With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Russell of Albany, New York, who passed away on October 2, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Leonhardt and Ruth Leonhardt (Wilbur); and her husband Gerald E. Russell, Sr. of Russell's Grocery Store. She is survived by: her children, Gerald E. "Jerry" Russell, Jr. (Teresa) and Denise Russell; her grandchildren, Gerald E. Russell, III (Nicole), Christopher Russell (Jamie Dominy), Rayne Russell (Nicole), Martha and Ronald; and her great grandchildren, Devon, Angelle, Juliana, Phoebe and Jonah.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Parker Bros. Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. (2013 Broadway, Watervliet, NY 12189).
