She was predeceased by: her close friend John Prunchnik; her son Dominick Leslie Donato; her parents, Constance Pauline Evans (Premont) and Leslie George Evans; her brother Peter Alan Evans; and her niece Wendy Ann Butterworth.

She is survived by: her sister Nathalie Evans (Price-Butterworth); her niece Monica Rae Butterworth; her great-nephews, Joshua Raymond Butterworth, Kenneth Edward Price III, Dominick Michael Butterworth and Noah Price; her close friend Gail Mannarino; and also Jordan Raymond Butterworth.
