She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Maresca and Agnes Maresca; and her brother Stewart. She is survived by: her husband David; her daughter Elizabeth Emerson (Scott); her grandchildren, Richie (Jenny), Eric and Carter; and her great grandchildren, Maxine and Kai.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Carolyn's memory to Latham Community Baptist Church, 109 Forts Ferry Road, Latham, NY 12110.
