He was predeceased by: his parents, John Blaney and Sarah Blaney; his brother Anthony Blaney; his niece Kathleen Blaney; his nephew Anthony Blaney Jr.; and his great-nephew Michael Blaney.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Blaney of Tannersville; his daughter Charlene Blaney of Poughkeepsie; and his granddaughter Morgan Blaney of Poughkeepsie.
