He is survived by: his wife Tracy Culver of Westmoreland; his children, Luke Culver (Jennifer) of Pembroke Pines, FL, Paige LaBarge (Kyle) of Vernon and Landon Culver of Herkimer; his granddaughter Adalynn Culver; his siblings, Bridget "Bird" Riesel, Elizabeth "Cissy" Rando, John "Butch" Wellington (Suzanne Comins), Ralph Wellington (Anna), David Wellington (Kitty Pinkham), David "Chick" Culver and Howard Culver Jr.; his friends, Wally Filipczuk, Bill Combs, Steve Malbouf and Timmy Nouvong; and his siblings-in-law, Robert, Shirley Skuse, Mary, Rick Paulsen, Melanie Mulligan (Kyle), Brittany Petronella, Stephanie Petronella, Kirk Rando and Brad Riesel.
