He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rector and Dorothy Rector. He is survived by: his children, Donna L. Cowsert (Garrett), Laurie Smith and Michael Rector; and his grandchildren, Andrew and Ryan Smith. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
