He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Scott and Anna Tracey Scott; his wife Patricia White Scott; and his sisters, Margaret Champine and Mary Whitney.
He is survived by: his children, Charles "Danny" Scott of Virginia Beach, VA and Marcella "Marcy" Ballard (Richard) of Cohoes; and his grandchildren, Jade Hall (Shelton) of Clifton Park, Charles D. Scott, Jr. of Virginia, Olivia and Gabby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
