It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles W. Burns Jr. in Albany, New York, who passed away on June 27, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Burns and Charlotte Burns (Golden). He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Gipson (Lee) and Deborah Burns (Dan); his sister Marion Hummel (Albert); and his granddaughter Sidney.
