He was predeceased by: his father George T. Hunter. He is survived by: his mother Margaret L. Hunter; his wife Claudia; his stepdaughter Fernanda; his brothers, Michael Hunter and Joseph Hunter (Cassie); his niece Savannah; and his nephew Noah. He is also survived by son's, daughter's, father's, and mother.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Chris' honor to the Museum of Innovation and Science (miSci), Museum Drive, Schenectady, New York, 12308.
