He is survived by: his wife Gail Thompson; his daughter Hilary Thompson of Corinth; his grandchildren, Autumn Moffitt (Kyle Morgan) and John Thompson (Kaylie Goman); his foster children, Jean Valliencourt, Cathy Lavagine and Walter Lavagine; and his siblings, Lynn Thompson (Bruce Hutchinson) of Hudson Falls, Sue Saunders of Stillwater and Rick Thompson of Corinth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
