He was predeceased by: his brother Brian Todd Kingsbury. He is survived by: his parents, O. Jane Murphy of Castleton and Gary G. Kingsbury (Gail) of Cheektowaga, NY; and his brother Dr. Jeff Kingsbury (Cheryl) of Phoenix. He is also survived by three nephews a niece.
