We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2023, at the age of 61, David Charles Skelley (Albany, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Skelley and Theresa Silver Skelley; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Cunningham (Jay), Thomas Skelley (Peggy), Mark Skelley (Vickie) and Kathleen Van Vranken (James). He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
